How to order from Awaz Warzywa and where we deliver

Order in three steps

The awaz.pl website helps you prepare the order, but the order itself is the WhatsApp message you send to Awaz Warzywa.

• 1. Build your list. Open the catalogue on the main page, switch the interface to English if you like, and add products with quantities. You can also write the list yourself.
• 2. Send it on WhatsApp. The website turns the list into a draft WhatsApp message to +48 730 086 109. Nothing is sent automatically – you review the draft and press send.
• 3. Get confirmation. Awaz Warzywa replies with the price and availability for your order.

Other ways to order

Awaz Warzywa also takes orders by phone on +48 730 086 109 and by e-mail at awaz.warzywa@gmail.com. Send the same information as on WhatsApp: products, quantities, units and the delivery address.

Writing a clear order

The catalogue lists products under Polish names, and the draft message uses those names. Writing the Polish name next to the English one avoids mix-ups – for example tomatoes (pomidory), potatoes (ziemniaki) or wheat flour (mąka pszenna).

Quantities use the units shown in the catalogue:

• kg – kilogram, used for most fresh produce
• szt. (sztuka) – piece, for example one head of butterhead lettuce or one 5 l unit of cooking oil
• opak. (opakowanie) – pack
• l – litre
• pęczek – bunch, for example spring onions or radishes

Pack sizes

Some products come in more than one pack size, so state the size you need. Wheat flour, for example, is listed in 25 kg sacks and 1 kg packs, and tomato pulp in 10 kg and 4 kg packs (przetwory pomidorowe).

Delivery area

Awaz Warzywa delivers orders by refrigerated transport, and deliveries within Warsaw run daily. Delivery to towns outside the list below is agreed individually – ask on WhatsApp before ordering and give the delivery address.

Personal collection at Bronisze

Instead of delivery, you can choose personal collection at Bronisze in the order form on the website: you collect the goods at the Awaz stall (Hala D, Box 98) Monday–Saturday, 04:00–14:00, after agreeing the time on WhatsApp. Directions are on the Bronisze location page.

Prices and confirmation

Awaz Warzywa does not publish prices on the website. Wholesale prices are quoted individually and confirmed together with availability when you order.
